It's friday, it's five to five

IT'S Crackerjack!

Actually, it's Yarn Pron Friday, and it's only 9:35am. Here's the pron courtesy of Gedifra. It's called Filorosa and is basically a large ball of yarn ends tied together! 135m to 100g. I want to make a scarf out of this, does anyone have any ideas for me? Maybe the basic swirly crochet scarf or perhaps something else?

Oh, I think Mum might need her ball winder back ....

Ooooh, I could crush a grape!

now that looks expensive but I think I coulld simly knot all my bits together to get thesame effect ha ha!! I used the magic loop and now find it really easy to do, it's easier to do than describe so if I were you I'd just get on with it! I found it much easier when I changed from a 40cm to an 80cm circular needle too! :^*

another thing I've learnt to do is to copy my message before I post it...the number of times I lose my really long comments and have to type it out again cos blogger is toucht lol

seems like I'm the only one commenting ha ha!! I just had a thought about using this delicious yarn Ali, how about making that scarf using the soluble fabric and your sewing machine?? Might be a good idea to try it on some not quite so special yarn first though, just to get a feel of what it'll be like? I saw the soluble fabric in John Lewis recently but didn't get any, if you want some 't and you cant get it where you are , I'll get it for you the next time I'm in there x

You know, I was thinking the same thing. Geez, I could make a mint from tying together all my leftovers and calling it a fancy name! It sure is pretty though. What about a short row scarf? You could kind of go with the flow as the yarns change. That might be cool.

I think it will make a great scarf!

That yarn is so interesting all by itself! It will look good even in plain garter or stockinette stitch!

That has to be one of the craziest balls of yarn I've ever seen. I can't wait to see what it knits up like.
