A quick training update

Felt abso-blooming-lutely shattered! I am so unfit. My legs are like jelly and that's two days ago! It didn't help that we went to Combe Martin Dinosaur and Wildife park yesterday which is set on the side of a very steep hill, achey breaky legs indeed!

The next training session is tomorrow morning, run 2 minutes, walk 4 minutes for a total of twenty minutes.
