The final four!

I promise that these are the final four knits to update you on...for now!

This is the blanket from the current IWK Crochet mag. I made it in Anchor Magicline cotton (can you sense a theme?) and didn't do all of the sections. I love it :) It is so bright and cheery. I especially love the way the colours clash so much that they complement each other. In some ways it reminds me of a Klimt painting.

I made these using Elastico, Lana Grossa I think? Can't remember now. The pattern was found on t'internet and is sized for 0-6 months.

A baby tank top for the unexpected baby. Rowan All Seasons Cotton and Paton's washed haze aran. Pattern from Rowan Babies.

AND FINALLY....

A headscarf for Emilia in, yep, Anchor Magicline. My own pattern.

Thanks for all the colour compliments but I cannot accept them. Anchor magicline is a self striping cotton!

The blanket rocks. It's evry intersting with all the different colours and the different sized squares. It looks fantastic.

Itty bitty socks make me melt, they're really cute.

I like what you did with the tank top, it looks really cute. I have the same pattern and I love the way you chose to stripe it and the colours you used.

My life you have been soooo busy! And I love the blanket, it's beautiful.

I was interested that you posted a comment about your MIL - I was just reading something which said that fibromyalgia can be a symptom of ME/chronic fatigue syndrome. Interesting. Would like to hear how your MIL copes, if you can email me on rovingriceyATyahooDOTcoDOTuk

Just when I thought my stash wasn't going to get any bigger I see your fab blanket...so I have placed an order for the magazine (rolling eyes), but could you let me know the quantity of cotton you used? The bags are beautiful too, and the book is my wish list, but that blankey mmmmmmmmm, could you email me at maryannlucy@hotmail.co.uk

thanks

Oh your blanket is beautiful, the colours really pop. Makes me wish I could crochet more than a dodgy edging. Maybe I should give it another go...

Klimt was exactly what I was thinking when I looked at the blanket! I love those colours used together - clashing is GOOD!
