Training Update

Run 2 minutes, walk 4 minutes x5

I managed to complete this mornings training session! I'm feeling rather chuffed with myself :)

Total steps - 3349 , about 1000 more than the last 2 sessions
Total distance - 1.004 miles

I even earned myself 1 WW bonus point, handy but I'm not doing WW at the moment!

So, pat the girl on the back for getting up at 5.45am to go for a run on her birthday!

Wow! I'm very impressed... almost inspired 'cept for the whole "before 6 am" part. ;-)
